How do I begin working with Zazen Consulting?

We suggest you begin by taking a look through our Design Packages, Brand Identity and Virtual Development pages to get an idea of what we offer.  From there, you can send us an email to info@zazenconsulting.ca or fill out our contact form to provide us with what your vision is for your business and we will go from there! We also offer free 30 minute consultations, so if you are interested please let us know!

What if I'm not located in Kitchener?

That is no problem at all, we provide our services to small businesses across Canada! Zazen Consulting is based out of the Waterloo Region and GTA, but our work is done remotely.

Do you require a deposit?

We do require a deposit of 50%, which is collected when the service agreement is signed. This allows us to ensure we honour your project's timeline and manage our capacity!

How do I know which services are best for my business?

Zazen Consulting offers a free 30 minute consultation with one of our team members to help determine which services are best suited for you and your business. How soon can we begin?

We work with our clients to establish a project timeline that best suits the client and the amount of attention needed for the project, therefore timing may vary.  That being said, we are able to begin within 1-2 weeks once a client is booked!
