She holds a Master’s Degree from Toronto Metropolitan University and is the Founder of Zazen Consulting, where she helps businesses scale through strategic planning, brand development, and digital marketing.

With a background in project management and operational leadership, Hayley has led initiatives that drive efficiency and growth, including her work at the University of Waterloo. Known for her strategic mindset and results-driven approach, she partners with businesses to streamline operations, enhance market positioning, and achieve sustainable success.

Skye Gallivan
Skye is a versatile writer and digital marketing professional with a B.A. in English Literature from Queen’s University and a Law Clerk Advanced Diploma from St. Lawrence College.
